Chapter 4 - I'm not dieting. I'm just changing my lifestyle.

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Alhamdulillah. 1 Februari '17. Hopefully everything will goes smoothly as I've planned. :) Bukan mudah nak senang. Bukan susah nak susah. Nak senang kena bersusah dulu. Nak susah di kemudian hari, bersenang-senang lah dulu. Rasanya dah ada Wishlist baru kot sempena masuk bulan februari ni. Banyak benda yang sis plan nak buat. Hopefully tercapai semuanya sebelum habis bulan februari ni. One of them, losing 5 kg per month. No more nasi, bihun, mee, kuey teow, minuman berkabonat or manis. Nak kena start balik workout 1 hour per day. Green apple ft. green tea for breakfast or sahur. Cleanx tea detox before sleep at night. And most important thing, set my mind. "I CAN DO THIS."

P/S : Losing weight is a mind game. Change your mind. Change your body.
